It will likely bring travel chaos to the bus network, leaving parts of North London without key services.

The planned strike of October 4 affects Arriva drivers operating from eight depots in north and east London: Ash Grove, Barking, Clapton, Edmonton, Enfield, Palmers Green, Tottenham and Wood Green.

Unite and Arriva London told Standard the action meant that no planned Arriva services that operate from the affected depots would operate during the strike.
