Peterborough United swept past League Two side Salford City in their replay at the Peninsula Stadium to advance to the FA Cup second round.
Kwame Poku’s through ball sent Ephron Mason-Clark away to fire a shot past goalkeeper Tom King before the break.
Jack Marriott then met Harrison Burrows’ corner with a header looking into the far corner to double the lead.
Marriott capped the win with a powerful strike from the edge of the box to set up a trip to Shrewsbury on November 26.
League One Posh, who last lost at this stage of the cup in the 2005-06 season, were led by 20-year-old academy graduate Burrows in his 100th appearance for the club and went on carved out a multitude of chances in the first half.
King made a fine early save, diving low to his left, to deny a Burrows strike, while Poku curled a shot inches from the far post before Mason-Clark grabbed his third goal in five games.
Salford, who have now failed to score in five games, looked toothless before the break as Lund cut off his best chance moments before Peterborough’s opener.
Odin Bailey’s half-time introduction on the left wing brought the hosts to life, with Luke Bolton’s half-volley deflected wide and Ryan Watson deflecting an off-target effort.
But after that early flurry, Posh – who reached round five last season – comfortably kept the hosts at bay and Marriott struck twice in five minutes late to seal their passage.
