The natural beauty wrote: “Same girl, same body, same self-esteem… This is not a ‘before and after’, not a transformation photo, not a desperate attempt to whip up a miracle product. This is just a little reminder that all bodies move, fluctuate and may look slightly different from day to day and that doesn’t make them any less beautiful or lovable♥️

‘In this first pic, I’m spray tanned, wearing a luscious bikini, inhaling (obvs) and meticulously planning my angles and body shape! But in the second my spray tan has seen better days, I’m wearing my favorite Marks and Sparks nude undies which are definitely more designed for comfort than fashion or seduction and let it all hang out!

“I love social media, but I always say the big problem is that it makes ‘perfect’ seem normal and nobody cares about normal anymore!” Which is such a shame that I love normality!

‘I get so much joy from beautiful, kind and normal. Whether it’s grocery shopping, walking the dog, having a missing fingernail, or having a spongy belly…I embrace normality.

The media personality added: “It’s normal to have bumps and bumps, skin texture, tiger stripes, stretch marks, cellulite and rolls. So it doesn’t matter what you see on the networks social today, don’t let it change the way you see yourself, how you feel about your own body and NEVER let it take any of your sunlight…

“Because, as we’ve established… most of what you see online is crap anyway. Have a nice day everyone.’
