Allison Williams must delete her own AI creation in the Blumhouse’s next horror movie, M3GAN.

And fans got another look at the sinister doll, whose build resembles a little girl, in a new trailer that dropped this week.

The teaser begins with Gemma (Williams) bringing home M3GAN (voiced by Amie Donald) for a young girl named Cady (Violet McGraw) with the intention of bonding the two.

Pairing is initiated once Gemma orders Caty to place two fingers in the middle of M3GAN’s palm.

M3GAN promises never to harm Cady as men watch from an observation room behind a one-way mirror.

In a fun montage, all seems well between Cady and her realistic new boyfriend as they are seen dancing together at home.

Gemma reminds M3GAN that her primary directive is to “protect Cady from harm, both physical and emotional.”

The trailer cuts to a scene of a neighborhood boy going after Cady in the woods.

M3GAN suddenly appears behind him and he is confused as to just “what it is”. She doll orders him to “run”.

M3GAN chases the boy into oncoming traffic, resulting in instant death.

Gemma confronts M3GAN while playing the piano, and out of nowhere, the once-friendly robot grabs Gemma’s head and slams it against a table.

As she continues to deviate from her directive, M3GAN eventually begins to wreak havoc on the world outside the walls of Cady’s house.

She was seen stealing a sports car before confronting a man (Ronny Chieng) in a hallway where she leaves him stunned as she performs funky dance moves.

She then picks up a large machete and flies towards the man with machete in hand, seemingly cutting off his head at the end of the chase.

The trailer then cuts to a scene where Gemma has M3GAN tied up and explains that they need to shut it down.

Her Own Life: As she continues to deviate from her directive, M3GAN eventually begins to wreak havoc on the world outside the walls of Cady’s house. M3GAN escapes and detonates a propane tank before escaping.

Later, Cady asks Gemma if M3GAN has done “something wrong”, as the terrifying death robot emerges from the shadows of a shack and attacks the owner.

M3GAN is set to release on January 6.

Homebound director Gerard Johnstone helmed the film, and James Wan and Akela Cooper wrote it.
