Arsenal are in ‘advanced’ talks to sign Joao Felix.
According to the Daily Record, Atletico made the striker available in January on a permanent sale and on loan.
Atleti are looking for a loan fee of £8million, while an option to buy is not a necessity. The Gunners want a replacement for Gabriel Jesus and Felxis is an option.
