While Lock-On gives him great energy boosts, he is limited by expensive charged moves like Thunder and Zap Cannon which give him zero coverage. Regieleki can deal damage to Pokémon like Gyarados and Ho-Oh, but that only happens when shields are down. Against opponents like Garchomp or Groudon, he does little to no damage.

Yes, Regieleki is good in Pokemon Go PvE. But there are better electric types that do much better in raids and gyms.

With a high attack stat of 250, Regieleki can deal impressive damage in PvE. Thunder Shock pairs well with Zap Cannon to deal STAB damage to Pokemon that are weak to Electric-type attacks. We recommend dodging during battles as Regieleki’s volume is low.
